Is everything cruelty-free?
Yes. No Oriel product or ingredient is tested on animals, at any stage, anywhere in the world.
Are your products suitable for sensitive skin?
All face care is fragrance-free and patch-tested under dermatologist supervision. Retinal and niacinamide can tingle at first: start slowly and patch-test on your inner arm.
What if my shade is wrong?
Swap it free within 30 days, even if opened. Use the shade finder or book a consultation if you are unsure.
How long does delivery take?
Metros in 2–3 working days, the rest of India in 3–5. Free shipping on orders over ₹999.
Can I return a product?
Unopened products within 14 days for a full refund. Opened products only if they caused a reaction or the shade was wrong.
Do you ship outside India?
Not yet. We are working on the UAE and Singapore for 2027.
How do refills work?
Satin Lip bullets and Slow Night Cream pods are sold as refills at 30% less. Return empty glass to any Oriel counter for ₹50 off your next order.
Are your products safe in pregnancy?
Avoid Slow Night Cream (retinal) while pregnant or breastfeeding. Everything else is generally considered safe, but please check with your doctor.

How should I store my products?
Away from direct sun and heat. Ironic, we know. A bathroom shelf is fine; a car dashboard is not.
