Delivery
We ship across India from our Mumbai warehouse. Metros receive orders in 2–3 working days, the rest of the country in 3–5.

Shipping cost
Free over ₹999. Below that, a flat ₹79.

Returns
Unopened products within 14 days for a full refund. Opened products if your shade was wrong or a product caused a reaction: write to us with a photo and we will sort it out.

Shade swaps
Second Skin Tint, Satin Lip and Cheek Balm can be swapped once, free, within 30 days of delivery, even if opened.
05
Damaged orders
If anything arrives broken, send a photo within 48 hours and we will ship a replacement the same day.
